My
History

Born and raised in Hong Kong, I spent the first 18 years of my life eating the best food I've ever tasted, predominantly cooked in street market gutters!

The Experience

Not being a fan of the formal dinner party and not being your normal kind of chef, the experiences I create are unique and unforgettable!

 

What I offer are sociable interactive dining experiences where time is spent mingling, learning and conversing as opposed to sitting getting bored, while also getting full.

The evenings I aspire to create are informal, easy going and a flavour explosion like nothing you've ever experienced.

Having spent 18 years eating in Hong Kong, 4 years eating my way around Asia, working in 7 commercial kitchens including being a private chef for a German prince - my mission is to translate that journey into your tastebuds.
