Sensational Social Dinner Party

I don't enjoy formal dinner parties. I never have!

The only time I would grin and bear it growing up, was when my Mum made me wear a crap suit and blow dry my hair. This meant I could eat what I wanted to with the adults - which meant the experience was well worth it.

This option works well for those who want a 12 course flavour journey of little and often over the whole evening.

Jamie's Childhood Street Food Feast

Growing up, I ate more street food than I did home cooked food. Some of the best food I have ever put in my mouth was cooked on a grate in a gutter. Though that's not how I cook it, having custom designed my BBQ's on those I ate from in Hong Kong, means I can deliver you the same flavours I would once yearn for. Choose me if you want to sample true authentic street meat.
