Me

 Since 1976

I am Jamie, the Constant Barbecuer and I LOVE to barbecue.

 

I was born in Hong Kong and had the opportunity to spend the first 18 years of my life eating my way round the bustling street markets of Hong Kong sampling some of the finest barbecued delights on the planet. I have also travelled extensively around Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand and the Philippines sampling amazing curries, barbecued pork, noodles and so much more (including deep-fried cockroaches!! Definitely an interesting texture). The sounds, smells, atmosphere and the people I met, were incredible and fuel my love of catering everyday.

 

My ultimate goal as a private chef is to bring people together to experience amazing food from around the world made with love at its core.

The act of sharing food with others has the power to create incredible life stories. I aim to ensure the food you share is an unforgettable part of your event.

I live in a little village in Norfolk with my wife Toni, 2 dogs Moose and Sherman and Lucy the pussy cat. I love nothing better than a morning stroll on the beach at Wells-Next-The-Sea followed by a (must be) hot sausage roll and hot chocolate!
